ALBI Day – Turns Out To Be More Than Just Team Building

Every ‘Albi Day’ proves to be different for Albi staff. Usually this is a team building and bonding experience that has many team building activities. This day however would be different and much more than just team building for every Albi-ite.

The day began with teams being formed and creative team names and logos created. The major task was introduced to all the teams and they set off to work. Every team was tasked with building a children’s bicycle and then creating a one minute advertising video to sell their particular bike. As far as everyone knew once the bikes were completed and Albi day was over they were going to be donated. But to everybody’s surprise, they would get to donate the bikes themselves, to 15 underprivileged children, right at the Albi headquarters.
