ALBI to Participate in the “Caring for Kids Radiothon”

This year ALBI Homes will be participating in the Caring for Kids Radiothon. This unique and extremely meaningful fundraising event will take place from February 9th – 11th. Country 105 and Q107 will be broadcasting live from the Alberta Children’s Hospital daily from 6am – 7pm . These two stations are generously donating their time and staff to give the community a glimpse into everyday life at this world-class facility. Listeners are encouraged to call in and pledge a donation to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. All donations go towards providing funding for family centred health programs, specialized life-saving equipment and advanced pediatric research and education at the Alberta Children’s Hospital. This facility provides care to children and families from across Alberta, southwestern Saskatchewan, southeastern BC and across the country.
Albi is proud to be a part of this tremendous fundraising effort and will be donating $500 from every pre-sale home sold in the month of February! The Radiothon has raised over $9.69 million since it’s inception in 2003, and $1.9 million of that was raised in 2010. Please join us in taking part in this important endeavour for the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
