Albi Homes Offers Free New Home Buying Seminar

Albi Homes is offering a free new home buying seminar focused on buying a new luxury home in Calgary.
The seminar takes place on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Albi Homes Head Office at 4770 – 110th Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta. Attendees will enjoy complimentary snacks and refreshments and a full roster of helpful information about the new home buying process.
“If you’re thinking about building a new home, this seminar is a must,” says Justin Mauro, marketing coordinator at Albi Homes. “Even if you have built a new home before, it is an opportunity to catch up with what has been happening in the new home market in Calgary over the past few years.”
The seminar will offer an update on the latest communities — where’s hot, where’s not, what you should be looking for, lot information, and more. There will also be a review of the latest home design models, features & specifications, advice and tips on what to look for when visiting show homes and a look at the latest in materials and selections. And with changes in mortgage rules, financing options will also be on the agenda.
We saw a need in the market for solid information and advice,” says Mauro. “For people experienced with building a new home, the seminar will provide new knowledge. For first time buyers, it will provide a solid foundation for shopping for a new home with confidence.”
If response to the seminar is good, Albi will consider scheduling additional seminar dates and perhaps even offering additional seminars focused on specific areas of the new home buying and building process. “We are strong believers that providing education and information to customers is a win-win. It helps the customers make better, more informed choices. And it helps us as a builder because our buyers will be more confident and knowledgeable about their choices, and will hopefully appreciate that we have gone the extra mile to provide objective advice.
Mauro stresses that attending the seminar in no way obligates anyone to choose Albi as their builder. “We’re here to help. Sure, we hope people will get out of it that Albi is a great choice for them. But whatever they choose to do is up to them.”
